Valentine’s Day: For Lovebirds and the Blissfully SingleThis Valentine’s Day, meet your match or stoke those flames at Jsix Restaurant and J6Bar, where two distinctly different events celebrate the year’s most romantic day.For the romantic, Executive Chef Christian Graves will prepare a meal for two featuring a choice of Maine Lobster and Foie Gras Tortellini, Armagnac and Maple Smoked Quail, or Trio of Colorado Lamb – each meant to be shared with a date. The dessert menu features Valrohna Chocolate Decadence Cake, Angelic Food Cake or a handcrafted chocolate box, created by Jsix’s renowned pastry chef. Jsix’s vibrant decor, cozy tables and delicious menu offerings are sure to make any couple’s Valentine’s Day especially memorable.
Meanwhile, upstairs at J6Bar – Jsix’s hip rooftop lounge – the blissfully single will be “serving love” at the Nintendo Wii “Meet Your Match” Tennis Tournament. Guests are invited to enjoy signature Saint Germaine Champagne cocktails and the San Diego skyline, while playing virtual tennis on the scenic rooftop. The center of the bar will be transformed into a tennis court, and participants – playing single or doubles – will vie for the title of tournament champion.
